Colombo, September 2 \u2013 NPP MP Harini Amarasuriya addressed concerns regarding NPP Presidential candidate Anura Kumara Dissanayake’s use of expensive vehicles, such as V8s, during election rallies. She emphasized that the party prioritizes Anura Kumara\u2019s security, which necessitates certain decisions.<\/p>\n
Speaking to the media, Amarasuriya clarified that the NPP has not misused public funds and that the costs associated with Anura Kumara’s security are covered by the party itself.<\/p>\n
People will make various allegations, but we have not misused public money. Anura’s security is our priority.
