Traffic at the Kohuwala Junction will be restricted for two months due to the ongoing construction of the Kohuwala flyover. The Police have announced that the final phase of construction will occur from June 15, 2024, to August 15, 2024.
During this period, the Colombo-Horana Road will remain open solely for public transportation, while other vehicles will face traffic restrictions on this route. Additionally, heavy vehicles will be denied access to the Kohuwala Junction.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes during this time to avoid disruptions.
