G&G Group of Companies, Vellaioya Estate of Hatton Plantations PLC conceptualized the ‘Employee Reward and Recognition Programme’ conducted to retain better outcomes with motivation.
During this special motivational programme, Best Field Officer of the Month, Best Assistant Field Officer of the Month, Best Upcoming Assistant Field Officer (trainee) of the Month, Best Kangagni of the Month, Best Harvester of the Month, Best Attendance, Best Sprayer of the Month were selected and awarded with gifts
Meanwhile, this programme measured the performances of each division in the estate and appreciated the best performers with rewards, which were expected to continue each month to motivate employees with confidence towards better outcomes.
The certificate and gift awarding ceremony was held at the Vellaioya Tea Processing Center on December 11, 2023, with the participation of Mr. Arjuna Medagama, Manager of Vellaioya Estate, his subordinate superidents, and the staff members of the estate.
